Fiji Telephone Numbers and their Locations in Fiji

This is in response to a suggestion that I got from someone doing some programming work for Google. 

There are no area codes for Fiji.  However, when you are calling numbers in Fiji, this will help you understand where the fixed line telephone is located in Fiji :
  • All fixed line telephone numbers starting with 3xx xxxx are in the Suva, Nausori, Korovou (Tailevu), Lami, Navua, Deuba, Pacific Harbour areas;
  • 32x xxxx is in the Suva City CBD area;
  • 333 xxxx is in the Suva City CBD and surrounding areas;
  • 332 xxxx is in the Tamavua, Namadi Heights areas;
  • 338 xxxx is in the Samabula, Raiwai, Raiwaqa, Vatuwaqa, Nabua areas;
  • 339 xxxx and 334 xxxxx is in the Nasinu, Laucala Beach, Caubati, Kinoya, Nadera, Valelevu, Nadawa, Nepani, Nasole, Kalabu, Laqere, Makoi, Narere areas;
  • 336 xxxx is in the Delainavesi, Nadonumai, Lami, Kalekana, Veisari, and nearby areas;
  • 65x xxxx is in the Coral Coast and Sigatoka areas;
  • 66x xxxx are in the Lautoka, Ba, Vatukoula, Tavua, Rakiraki areas;
  • 67xx xxx is in the Nadi area;
  • 88x xxxx are in the second largest island in Fiji (Vanua Levu) and includes areas within and close to Labasa, Savusavu, Nabouwalu, Taveuni, Laucala Island, etc. It also includes areas in the Lau Group of Islands.
  • 60x xxxx is also in the Lau Group of Islands.
Mobile telephones are allocated by provider with those numbers starting with 9xx xxxx and 8xx xxxx provided by Vodafone Fiji and those with 7xx xxxx by the other provider, Digicel Fiji.

International access code is 00 or 052 depending on who you route it through : 00 is through FINTEL and 052 through Telecom Fiji.
