Customer Service Training

The Centre for Community and Continuing Education is organising a Customer Service Training : Managing Customer Service Workshop on Saturday, 29 November 2008, from 9am to 4pm. Venue to be confirmed. The workshop will cover :
  • who our customers are and what they expect;
  • sustaining an individual level of engagement;
  • communication skills;
  • appropriate sharing;
  • self-image and first impressions;
  • effective leadership;
  • situational leadership;
  • managing employee engagement; and
  • developing a service management system.
