- a free hour from 4.30 to 5.30pm for members of the public to wander around booths with various peace activities and resources for young and old, to chat and try out various activities. Peace music and messages will be provided by the volunteers of Radio Pasifik, University of the South Pacific. There will also be spot performances by local poets, musicians and the young people from ‘Initiatives for Change’.
- from 5.30-7.30pm there will be a public Playback Theatre session. Playback is participatory community theatre involving actors, musicians and a conductor. Community participation occurs through voluntary sharing of thoughts, emotions and storytelling ‘played back’ by actors/facilitators in order to get to the heart of shared stories, for transformative healing and change.
