TPAF Effective Management and Innovation Course

The Training & Productivity Authority of Fiji (TPAF) will be conducing an Effective Change Management and Innovation at the Workplace Course on Wednesday, 6 June, and Thursday, 7 June 2007 in Suva. Key benefits of the program for participants include :
  • understanding the importance of change and innovation;
  • understanding the fundamentals of change in an organisation;
  • analysing/identifying potential pitfalls in implementing a change and adopting to innovation;
  • gaining people support for change; and
  • using teamwork for identifying/solving problems.

  • leading the change process;
