That fare is much lower than the old fare which is about $190 one way (I think that is right) and as the Adi Savusavu ferry is slow it's certainly an excellent price for a quick flight over to Vanua Levu.
We were talking about this yesterday (over kava) with two Australians who go to Fiji often and one of them said to book on the internet from Australia (Nausori-Labasa - old service) is $210A which seems a very high surcharge!

That's too high if they book from there, Wendy. It would be better for them to book the flight to Vanua Levu or to Suva when they get to Nadi. There are also flights to Savusavu from Nadi by Pacific Sun.
