Simon Raiwalui to captain Pacific Islanders rugby team

National rugby team lockforward, Simon Raiwalui, was named captain of the Pacific Islanders rugby team that will tour Europe next month. He was among 10 Fijians named in a strong 28-member squad by head coach, Pat Lam, yesterday. Speaking from his home in England, Raiwalui said to be named captain came as a surprise but he was honoured. The team members are :

The team will meet for two weeks to practice their moves and game plan together before the tour.
