Stars roll into city for music festival

Music lovers today have 12 hours of heaven with the words and sounds and power of artists like Te Vaka and home-grown Bollywood queen, Aiysha. Other overseas live acts include 1980s disco fever group, Boney M, and Australia's The Nail Factory. The scene will be the World Music Festival at the Post Fiji Stadium, Laucala Bay, from midday to midnight. Tickets cost F$25.00. Maria Barret of Boney M said she was looking forward to perform today as with Aiysha. Te Vaka is on its third visit to the country. Tickets can be bought at the gates.
