Flying Fijians wins over Manu Samoa 23-20
Fiji kept its chances alive of finishing second in the inaugural Pacific Five Nations tournament beating Samoa 23-20 at the Post Fiji Stadium in Suva yesterday. This was the FMF Flying Fijians' first win in the competition after having lost to the Junior All Blacks 17-35 and Tonga 23-24. The Juniors have already won the title after thumping Japan 38-8 yesterday but the battle is between Fiji and Samoa to take the runner-up spot. Samoa plays Tonga while Fiji will battle Japan in the last round on Saturday. Fiji must beat Japan and hope Samoa loses to Tonga to take second place in the Five Nations tournament. After Japan, Fiji will take on the Australia A team, the last major assignment for the year in the absence of an end-of-year tournament.

Twas the best performace ever shown by the Fiji Backline in this IRB series...i take my hats off to the Boys, Semisi Naevo fitted perfectly in Rawaqa's boots, his performance was outstanding and showing his classy tactics with single handed win in the lineout.
